Title: Level of Effect

Hey folks!

I'm looking at maybe picking up a by-gesture spell in my PEW.  It says that these are often delivered with a level attached, but I can't find anything in the rules explaining what my own level of effect would be.  Can you clarify how I'd calculate that?  Also, does this mean that a gesture spell that doesn't say it has a level effect can't be resisted with focus points?

Hi Scott - sorry for the delay on this one.

The "by voice" and "by gesture" effects only have a level associated when they are Performance-based  (see the Entertainer Vocation).  All others have no level associated with them.
The final copy of the rulebook will state:  these are sometimes delivered with a level.  :)
